[Mingw-cross-env-list] Requesting additions to build matrix

However, I think the correct way to fix this issue is by adding this to the build matrix: http://mxe.cc/build-matrix.html <http://mxe.cc/build-matrix.html>

I was hoping someone can help assist in adding qt5:i686-w64-mingw32

I also have an additional request. Hoping someone can help add an additional package: hidapi

I’m willing to compensate someone for their time if they have experience doing this.
